1. Introduction

Welcome to Kishuna Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our corporate website (www.kishunatechnology.com), our software systems (including our Hospital Management System, Travel Management System, School ERP System, and Ticketing Help Desk), and any associated technical consulting or support SLA services.

2. Software Licensing & Usage Limits

All our software products are licensed, not sold, for operational use under strict parameters. By subscribing to or purchasing a license key, you agree that:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to deploy the software within your organization.
• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the applications.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your license keys, user passwords, and database access logs.

3. Database Accuracy & Legal Compliances

Our software serves as a data registry tool to automate administrative workflows. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the correctness, integrity, and legality of all data (including student fees, booking records, patient details) logged in the databases.
• You must comply with all regional database privacy regulations (such as DISHA in India for healthcare data, or general data storage guidelines).
• Kishuna Technology is a software service provider and does not provide academic, medical, or travel advice.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & SLA Upkeep

For subscription and monthly SLA support tiers, billing is processed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Failure to settle outstanding invoices within the specified grace period may result in a temporary suspension of active database support response times.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kishuna Technology Pvt. Ltd. or its directors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of database records, operational downtime, or financial loss) arising out of the performance or suspension of our software systems.

6. Governing Jurisdictions

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from software licensing or SLA services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
