The purchasing enterprise (our client, such as a school, travel agency, or clinic) acts as the Data Controller of their user, student, or patient databases. We do not own or access client databases except during authorized migrations, system configuration, or remote debugging sessions under SLA agreements.

From Website Visitors
- Contact Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and organization name when submitting a contact form or requesting a custom proposal.
- Usage Logs: IP addresses, browser tags, and session pages visited to analyze and optimize website layouts.
From Software Users
- Account Configurations: Enterprise registration keys, physical office addresses, and authorized staff admin accounts to manage software activation licenses.
- Support Logins: Diagnostic database excerpts shared during troubleshooting tickets with our help desk.

We process collected data exclusively for the following operations:
